Process Cold Box:
Hangzhou Hangyang Co, by achieving the technology of manufacturing process Cold Box from reputable European companies, has been able to meet the requirement of this equipment in various projects. this company has the largest vacuum brazing machine in Asia and has been able to export its Cold Box products to more than forty countries around the world. HANG YANG Company has provided Bushehr Petrochemical Company with three Multi Stream Feed Gas Cooler set with a design temperature of -165ºC and a design pressure of 72 barg with engineering of EIED Company. These heat exchangers with Stack design in a Cold Box are located in height about 28 m and have been installed in Bushehr Petrochemical CRP site. Also, HANG YANG has recently signed a contract for the manufacturing of 1 set Cold Box and 5 set Brazed Plate Fin Heat Exchanger for the Bushehr Petrochemical Olefin with Sazeh Consultants engineering company, that is under design and manufacturing process.
In addition, the Cold Boxes of the NGL 3100 project and the Morvarid Petrochemical Company- expansion of Olefin plant Project are currently under manufacturing.
Turbo Expander:
With 40 years of experience in manufacturing and designing Turbo Expander, Hangyang is one of the largest manufacturers of this product in China. The turbo Expanders of company are equipped with magnetic bearings for low temperature operating conditions, which the need for lubrication of these devices has been eliminated. HANGYANG has cooperated with S2M and WAUKESHA to supply Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB) and also annually offers more than 1000 sets of this product to Inside and outside the country with the following specifications:
